Glow Stick Series – Themed Character Designs

This project was developed by UNIT DESIGN for Yongchi, a company specializing in glow stick and light-up products. The goal was to create a series of seasonal character-themed glow sticks that are both visually engaging and suitable for mass production.

The collection includes four distinctive designs:

• 💀 Skull (Halloween)

• 🎃 Pumpkin (Halloween)

• ⛄ Snowman (Winter)

• ☘️ Shamrock (St. Patrick’s Day)

Each piece was modeled using SolidWorks for high-precision 3D geometry and tooling accuracy. The designs were optimized for injection molding, allowing for internal LED components and consistent illumination through translucent materials. The character-driven silhouettes enhance festive atmosphere while maintaining structural integrity for manufacturing.
