The Yoshikawa Project by CHUCHEN Development Group is a premier residential development located in New Taipei City, Taiwan. Our team was responsible for the design and drafting of the lobby and key public amenities, creating a cohesive environment that seamlessly blends aesthetics with everyday functionality.

The public facilities include a grand lobby, a fully-equipped gym, a serene swimming pool, and a versatile lounge space for social interaction. Emphasizing a refined yet welcoming atmosphere, the design integrates quality materials, natural lighting, and thoughtful spatial organization to enhance the residents' living experience.

Each area was carefully planned to promote fluid circulation, maximize usability, and maintain visual consistency throughout the public zones. Special attention was given to the coordination between architectural detailing, structural integration, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to ensure both practicality and design integrity.
